Software Consultant

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for all inhouse software products and customized solution.
  • Researching, designing, develop software applications.
  • Support partners to integrate with Glory products.
  • Perform comprehensive testing to ensure software performance and robustness.
  • Perform field installation and training when necessary.
  • Attend / analyse and troubleshoot field problems that are related to software.
  • Documentation for requirements, user guide, training materials.
  • Working closely with sales teams, other developers, partners, and different departments for the project implementation.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 or more years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related IT certification

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Technical

  • Experience in Desktop Application Development (C#, WPF)
  • Experience in Web Development (C#, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript & JQuery)
  • Experience in Web Services Integration and Development (C#, SOAP, JSON, XML, gRPC)
  • Experience with Database Integration (MSSQL, MySQL, SQLite)
  • Preferably to have experience by using CI/CD tools in Azure DevOps.
  • With knowledge on UI/UX design.
  • Basic knowledge of network security knowledge such as TLS, HTTPS.
  • Serial Communication (Optional).

Non-Technical

  • English language – Excellent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creative and flexible thinker.
  • Good Troubleshooting skills.
  • Good Interpersonal Relationship.
