Experience: 6-7 years of overall industry experience with at least 4-5 years into Salesforce space.

Cloud Experience Mandatory: Sales Cloud, Service, Experience Cloud

Good to Have: Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, Agent force & Salesforce AI

Location: Philippines, Remote.

MakeSense is hiring for Salesforce Consultants / STC for a remote based opportunity in Philippines.

Mandatory Certifications: Admin, PD1, SF AI Associate & AI Specialist (Good to have)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle Salesforce implementation and customization projects
  • Manage and enhance Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud products
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC components
  • Perform advanced admin tasks: flows, process builders, security, permissions, user management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
  • Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
  • Use version control tools like Git for code management
  • Lead and manage small to mid-sized development teams
  • Design optimized, scalable platform solutions to meet business needs
  • Create documentation and training materials for users and internal teams
