Activation and Promotion Manager

Core Responsibilities& Execution

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential channels.

  • Align activation plans with brand objectives and seasonal priorities.

  • Promotional Planning

  • Design promotional offers, contests, and events to stimulate consumer interest and sales.

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure promotions are feasible and impactful.

  • Agency & Vendor Coordination

  • Brief creative and media agencies on campaign goals and deliverables.

  • Oversee production timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Performance Tracking

  • Monitor campaign KPIs such as engagement, conversion, and ROI.

  • Use analytics to optimize future activations and promotions.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate brand goals into actionable marketing plans.

  • Project Management: Skilled in managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

  • Creativity & Innovation: Strong ideation skills for crafting compelling consumer experiences.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
