The QAQC Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that all products, materials, and processes meet internal and external quality standards. This role ensures compliance with contractual, regulatory, and industry requirements while promoting a culture of continuous improvement across all operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Management - Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems, policies, and procedures; ensure compliance with ISO standards, project specifications, and client requirements; establish inspection and test plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality documentation.
  • Project Control Quality - review material submittals, method statements, and test reports for compliance with standards; ensure all inspection, testing ,and documentation activities are carried out as per the project quality plan ; coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on quality matters; manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Documentation & Reporting - maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, inspection reports, and test certificates; prepare quality reports and present them to management and clients; ensure proper control of calibration and testing equipment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a QAQC Manager and 5 years of experience in QA/QC works
  • Relevant QAQC or inspection certifications (e.g., ASQ, CSWIP, AWS, NDT Level II/III, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of QAQC standards, codes, and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office and quality management software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
