Main Accountabilities:

  • Led the local SCX team which consist of 3 peoples.
  • Collaborate and communicate with other departments in CC as well as good collaboration with divisions.
  • Manage the CC NWC by ensuring its KPI on availability, Inv % COGS, Inv cost % COGS and transportation cost % revenue are under control and meet the target.
  • Working together with regional SCX and other regional functions in related with sourcing, distribution, HR, legal, finance, sales and marketing.
  • Manage the SCX operations and ensuring the safety, zero accident, and sustainability.
  • Team development and build good relationship with internal and external parties.

Qualifications:

  • Good understanding the Epiroc business model, both for core and Fluidcon businesses.
  • Understand and familiar with Epiroc ERP system (iScala and GIM)
  • Experience and good understanding on inventory and warehouse managements.
  • Understand and hands on with practices on replenishment and redistribution processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and capabilities on critical thinking.
  • Hands on with Microsoft office programs (excel, words and power points).
  • Ability to speak and communicate in English.
  • Experience on managing more than 3 warehouses at the same time.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good relation with CC, Divisions and other departments in Epiroc.
  • Willingness to learn and proactively find alternative solutions.
