Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

The purpose of the Broker Support Officer role is to assist the broker with the completion of clients' experience

from lead to post settlement. These tasks include (but not limited to) actioning both internal and external party

requests, uploading or downloading supporting documentation, updating loan information, creating history notes

to keep track of the status of the loan application, ensures quality of CRM data to maximize effectiveness of

marketing initiative and sending of 'Hello' packs to clients. The Officer is to provide efficient handling of loan

applications to ensure that Service Level Agreements are met.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant course.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Australian mortgage broking industry specializing in AU loan processing.
  • Experience in using aggregators CRM such as MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex or Salestrekker or other CRM Software in the mortgage broking industry.
  • Is proficient in using IT software, Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office including Gmail or Outlook.
  • Experience using Project/Task Management Tools , Trello, Airtable, Asana etc).

What will you do?

  • Data entry to MyCRM and Apply Online (AOL)
  • Generation of application paperwork, including those for the First Home Buyer scheme, grant

    applications, and discharge forms.
  • Document Compliance checks (ensuring NCCP requirements are met)
  • Valuation, pricing request, credit checks
  • Living Expenses analysis
  • Initial booking of client appointments and discovery phone call
  • Broker diary management
  • Staff Birthday's & Anniversaries
  • Email management of Director's emails
  • Responding to all google reviews
  • Overseeing weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings - scheduling and meeting minutes
  • Responsible for arranging Gift Cards & other client gifts for referrals, settlements, milestones etc.
  • MyCRM Pipeline Management - ensuring that the deal statuses are accurate and up to date
  • Collection and follow up of initial documents needed prior to first appointment
  • Collection and follow up of additional documentation for loan approval
  • Completing pricing requests for new applications
  • Sense checking each deal to ensure its ready for handover to Credit Analyst
  • Fixed Rate Task Management - keeping track of which clients are due for a rate review, and when their last

    one was done
  • Calling clients who are due for a rate review. Communicating the outcome, and booking in a meeting with

    broker if required
  • Conducting annual pricing requests on settled loans
  • Electronic File Management - ensuring that pending applications are monitored, remain active and

    updated, audited on a regular basis.
  • Managing of all incoming calls to the business
  • Overseeing settlement and approvals
