About the role
Taft Property Venture Development Corp. is seeking an experienced and organised Admin Assistant to join our team in our Cebu City office. This is a full-time position that will provide crucial administrative support to our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our business.
What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support including scheduling, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Handling all incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Organising and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Supporting various projects and tasks as needed
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using office software such as MS Office Suite
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
