DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:


•Daily checking of production orders in SAP


•Daily checking of transfer posting and/or good issuance in SAP


•Daily checking of TECO (Technically Complete)


•Ensures that all inventory item codes in SAP have assigned cost and are updated every six months (or less than 6 months if the increase/decrease exceeds the allowable threshold as set by the company)


•Ensures that all inventory item codes have proper valuation especially newly created item codes


•Prepares standard costing computation for WIP and FG


•Maintains monthly/annual inventory reports and subsidiary ledgers for raw materials, work-in-process and finished goods.


•Daily checking of rejects, test fire and scrap transactions


•Performs inventory reconciliation/transaction investigation and creates inventory adjustments in SAP as deemed necessary


•Checks costing of job order for repairs


•Assist immediate superior on the review and adjustment of monthly variances like purchase price, production, labor, etc.


•Reviews inventory write-down account and proposes adjustments if need be


•Prepares regular/ad hoc reports and analysis related to inventory balance and costing to aid management in their business decisions


•Assist on timely closing of books


•Provides backup support to other areas of Finance and Accounting


•Other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time
