KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain standard costing for food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Prepare cost reports and forecasts for management decision-making.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure cost efficiency in procurement.

  • Implement cost control procedures to minimize wastage and optimize resource use.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control policies.
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of cost accounting experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of cost control, inventory systems, and financial analysis.
