Job Description

  1. Responsible in recruiting, screening, and on-boarding of direct employees in the region. 
  2. Monitors the attendance of direct employees. 
  3. Timekeeping of direct employees attendance every cut-off. 
  4. Establishing and reporting daily, weekly, and monthly reports. 
  5. Issues and released memorandums and programs to the region. 
  6. Conducts meeting for the alignment of new company's policies. 
  7. Ensuring proper management and business flow in the region. 
  8. Monitoring and ensuring the safety of fixed assets, office, and warehouse of the region. 
  9. Addressing HR-related concerns of Direct employees and Promoters concerns. 
  10. Coordinates with the agency's coordinator. 
  11. Oversee internal process. 
  12. Processing employee data. 
  13. Excellent organizational skills. 

Qualifications

  1. Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field. 
  2. Proven experience as an HR and Admin or similar role for at least 1 year. 3. Familiarity with Human Resource and admin process. 
  3. basic knowledge of labor relation. 
  4. Proficiency in MS Office 
  5. Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills. 
  6. Good verbal and written communication skills. 
  7. Data-driven mindset. 
  8. Experience with recruitment marketing. 
  9. Strong administration skills. 
  10. A high level of confidentiality 
  11. The flexibility and willingness to learn
