1. JOB PURPOSE:

1.1. This position is primarily focused on the accurate, relevant, valid, complete and timely financial information and report to facilitate the decision making of the company.

2. JOB SUMMARY:

2.1. The Accounting Assistant Manager will have contact with comptroller and oversees the accounting supervisor and staffs.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

3.1. Prepares monthly and annual Financial Statements;

3.2. Performs financial statements analysis;

3.3. Performs pre-auditing of Annual Financial Statements prior to submission to External Auditors;

3.4. Prepares One Year and Five Year financial projection;

3.5. Monitors alcohol production volume and molasses usage and requirements;

3.6. Prepares analysis on the trend of molasses price;

3.7. Prepares Labor Cost report and analysis;

3.8. Monitors and prepares the report on sales, collections and outstanding balances of alcohol sales;

3.9. Do other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

4. COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:

4.1. Qualifications and Experience

4.1.1. Academic degree in Accounting or Finance;

4.1.2. Appropriate courses in the area of financial statement preparation, budgeting, accounts

payable, and account receivable, or the equivalent.

4.2. Skills

4.2.1. Excellent communication & numeracy skills;

4.2.2. Ability to influence individuals;

4.2.3. Strong planning, problem solving & organizational skills;

4.2.4. Excellent interpersonal skills dealing with a range of internal inquiries;

4.2.5. Ability to work both as part of team and on own initiative;

4.2.6. Persuasive, and ability to negotiate when required;

4.2.7. Excellent project management skills;

4.2.8. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Cost Accounting,

Internal Auditing, Budgeting and Finance;

4.2.9. Proficient in accounting softwares and Microsoft Office Suite;

Good decision-making skills.
