About the role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team at Alto Audio Design Center' in Western Visayas. In this full‑time position, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial accounting and reporting responsibilities for our growing organisation. What you'll be doing Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll Produce timely and informative financial statements, reports, and analyses to support decision‑making Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and guidance Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns and other statutory reporting requirements Continuously identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls Mentor and train junior accounting staff as needed What we're looking for 4 years of post‑qualification experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably within a similar industry Proven expertise in preparing and interpreting financial statements, budgets, and forecasts Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field What we offer Generous holiday allowance and flexible work arrangements Comprehensive health and wellness program Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Collaborative and supportive team culture About us Alto Audio Design Center' is a leading provider of high‑quality audio equipment and services.
