The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a deep understanding of retail dynamics, inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service excellence. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth, profitable, and compliant operation of all retail locations within their jurisdiction.

  • Business Performance: Monitor, analyze, and report on key retail performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, conversion rates,, and customer foot traffic. Identify trends and implement actionable strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Operational Standards: Ensure all retail outlets adhere strictly to company policies, visual merchandising standards, operational guidelines, and mall regulations. Conduct regular store inspections and operational audits.
  • Inventory & Asset Management: Oversee and enforce proper inventory control procedures, including receiving, stock counts, and loss prevention. Ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
  • Budget & Expense Control: Assist in managing operational budgets, controlling store expenses (e.g., utilities, supplies), and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership & Staff Management
  • Supervision & Scheduling: Directly supervise store managers and/or assistant managers. Approve and optimize staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while controlling labor costs.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing development for store teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and operational compliance.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, provide constructive feedback, and address performance issues promptly and effectively.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, and successful onboarding of new store-level personnel.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Champion a customer-centric culture across all retail locations. Investigate and resolve complex customer complaints or operational issues escalated by store managers.
  • Mystery Shopping/Feedback: Utilize customer feedback mechanisms (e.g., surveys, mystery shopping reports) to drive continuous improvement in service quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in retail management, with at least [1-2] years in a supervisory or multi-unit/area management role, preferably within a mall environment.
  • Education: [Associate's/Bachelor's] degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Knowledge: Proven expertise in retail business operations, including POS systems, merchandising, inventory control, labor scheduling, and loss prevention.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
