Join our team and take a leadership role in managing the physical integrity, design standards, and construction projects across our portfolio of retail stores. You will be the primary point of contact responsible for overseeing projects from concept to completion, ensuring all structures, amenities, and equipment meet stringent company policies, brand image specifications, and all relevant safety and design standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight & Management: Manage and direct all phases of retail store construction and renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established budgets, design standards, and tenant specifications.
  • Design and Compliance: Review, prepare, and maintain accurate technical drawings, including CAD and as-built plans, ensuring all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and mall house rules.
  • Site Supervision & Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site supervision and monitoring, performing quality checks and safety audits to identify and address deficiencies, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and store upkeep are maintained.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main liaison between company management, tenants, contractors, and government officials, leading pre-construction meetings and facilitating communication to resolve on-site issues promptly.
  • Maintenance & Records: Conduct periodic maintenance surveys to determine long-term repair or renovation needs. Prepare and maintain comprehensive records, reports, and documentation related to all building and maintenance activities.
  • Process Improvement: Manage construction guidelines, work closely with the maintenance team to resolve operational deficiencies, and perform continuous process checks to maintain cleanliness and orderliness across all sites.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field. Must possess a valid Professional License (or equivalent certification).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD and 3D SketchUp, as well as MS Office Suite.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Mindset: Openness to learning new technologies and a collaborative attitude to work effectively with all levels of employees and external partner
