BRAND STRATEGY AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Pay: ₱30,000 to ₱50,000 per month

Work Location: In person

Job Description:

Brand Strategist:

  • Conducting extensive primary and secondary research.
  • Staying up-to-date on consumer research and market trends.
  • Analyzing research, data and trends.
  • Creating competitive reviews and situational analyses.
  • Identifying insights, challenges and opportunities.
  • Developing brand architecture, positioning and strategy.
  • Writing compelling brand stories.
  • Meeting and presenting to clients.
  • Briefing and collaborating with creative teams.
  • Leading ideation and brainstorming sessions.

Business Development:

  • Explore and identify connections and business opportunities that will support the Bank's need to increase market share and profitability by building strategic partnerships in synergy with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Increase business prospects by establishing linkages to our products and improving business partnerships.
  • Identify and map business strengths and customer needs (profiling).
  • Building the Bank's presence in the community and improve networking through its participation and involvement in external stakeholder's initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Development Studies or Economics or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • Preference will be given to Marketing and Business Development related qualifications.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in the commercial environment with some knowledge of marketing and business development work.
  • Past experience with external networking and engagement at national and international level will be an advantage.
