Job Summary
The Branding Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a strong brand identity for Happy Hoisters across all internal and external platforms. The role focuses primarily on internal brand alignment, ensuring that all communications, materials, and employee touchpoints reflect the company's values, professionalism, and service excellence. The Branding Officer also supports external marketing initiatives related to the heavy equipment parts and forklift rental business.
Key Responsibilities
A. Internal Branding & Communication (Primary Focus)
- Develop and implement internal branding campaigns to promote company values, culture, and initiatives.
- Standardize and maintain the company's brand identity across all material presentations, forms, signage, uniforms, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with HR to integrate branding in recruitment materials, employee onboarding kits, and internal events.
- Manage and update internal communications such as newsletters, intranet visuals, and employee recognition materials.
- Ensure all departments use the approved brand templates and tone in their reports, memos, and presentations.
B. External Marketing & Brand Visibility (Secondary Focus)
- Support marketing campaigns for the retail of heavy equipment parts and forklift rental business.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral—brochures, flyers, digital posts, and product catalogs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to ensure consistent brand representation in co-branded materials.
- Help plan and execute trade events, client presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage basic content updates on the company's social media and website under the direction of the Marketing Lead.
C. Creative Concept Development
- Translate business goals into creative strategies and visual directions.
- Produce or oversee production of branded content such as product visuals, photo shoots, and videos.
- Develop storytelling materials that communicate company achievements, milestones, and services effectively.
D. Quality Assurance & Monitoring
- Maintain a centralized repository of brand materials, templates, and marketing assets.
- Conduct regular brand audits to ensure consistency and alignment with approved standards.
- Evaluate the impact of branding activities and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in branding, marketing communications, or creative development (experience in industrial, automotive, or equipment-related industries is a plus).
- Strong understanding of brand management, corporate identity, and visual communication principles.
- Proficient in graphic design and layout tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with different departments to ensure cohesive brand alignment.
