Duties and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for assisting in the preparation of architectural plans, 3D Perspectives, construction drawings and details and specifications.

· Assists in the preparation of plans for existing residential buildings and structure where plans are not available.

· Assists in the preparation of layout and draws preliminary sketch of project to present to client.

  • Assists in conducting preliminary studies of proposed projects to obtain information as to space and design requirements, obtaining measurements and making preliminary sketches to the preparation of drawing.
  • Assists in developing and/or coordinating development of detailed working drawings and specifications after approval for project has been obtained.
  • Assists in preparation of design development drawings.
  • Assists in preparation of scale drawing of details required for blueprint drawings.
  • Assists in the preparation of "as-built plan" drawings on completion of construction.
  • Provides support to the Senior Architect, Engineer and management staff.

REQUIREMENTS

· Licensed Architect (must have impeccable taste)

· Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in AUTO CAD, SKETCHUP / VRAY and MS OFFICE

· Must have experience in materials take off and cost estimating

· Must be responsible, detail-oriented, organized and committed to achieving excellence

· Must possess good written and oral English communication skills

· Experience in house renovation an advantage

· Preferably from Metro Manila and willing to work in Makati City

· Driver's license (preferred)

· Full-time position (Monday – Saturday)
