Job Title: RD Documentation Specialist

Job Description:

We are hiring an RD Documentation Specialist who will be responsible for enforcing process controls and practices in the creation, review, modification, issuance, distribution, and accessibility of documents. This role ensures that all documentation is reliable, updated, checked, formally approved, and auditable, supporting production and compliance requirements.

What You'll Do:

  • Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures
  • Manage all flows of documents, both electronic and paper-based
  • Establish and follow document standards (numbering, formats, issuance, review, recording, and archiving)
  • Maintain all standard operating procedures, work instructions, and product labeling files
  • Review, update, and create documents for revisions
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents
  • Establish and maintain record retention timelines

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of BS Food Technology
  • Experience handling various types of files, preferably in the meat industry
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Ability to organize and preserve paper documents
  • Strong knowledge of production process flow
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills with co-workers across departments
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently
