  • Coordinate daily logistics activities including shipments, inventory management, and transportation.
  • Liase with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and customs documentation.
  • Track and report the movement of goods, resolve delivery issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor incentory levels and support procurement planning.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in logistics systems and databases.
  • Optimize transportation routes and costs where possible.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards in logistics processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of logistics software and inventory management systems.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
