Job Highlights
  • Hourly Rate: Php
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours per week (approx. 4 hours per day)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, ideally 11am–3pm GMT (flexible)
  • Additional Requirement: Weekly strategy meetings during UK business hours
  • Client Timezone: UK (London time)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities
  • Design and execute engaging social media campaigns (reels, posts, carousels, stories) that resonate with target audiences
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and recommend strategies based on current insights
  • Manage social media community engagement and route patient inquiries appropriately
  • Create marketing materials (flyers, referral cards, loyalty program content) using professional design tools
  • Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing campaigns with strategic newsletter content
  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns including SMS and WhatsApp aligned with broader initiatives
  • Maintain and enhance the practice website, adding content/services and optimizing for SEO
  • Produce regular blog content that educates and engages patients
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and best practices
  • Create 6-month marketing calendars with planned campaigns and seasonal promotions
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights

Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of social media management and content creation (MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIO)
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) with strong visual design skills
  • Understanding of UK market dynamics and healthcare industry regulations (highly preferred)
  • Experience with website management platforms (WIX or similar)
  • Knowledge of email marketing automation tools and healthcare communication best practices
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to create engaging multi-channel content
  • Strong analytical skills for market research and campaign optimization
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication during UK business hours
  • Experience developing comprehensive marketing strategies for both retention and acquisition
