We are seeking an Service Desk Analyst / IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide top-notch technical support, ensuring smooth IT operations for our MSP partners in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve support tickets through ConnectWise in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor client environments using Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
  • Perform troubleshooting for Windows servers, desktops, networks, and connectivity issues.
  • Support and manage Microsoft Azure administration, including user accounts, virtual machines, and resource provisioning.
  • Utilize expertise in Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure to maintain system integrity and manage user accounts.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and technical support through calls, emails, and remote assistance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in IT support (desktop, software, or hardware).
  • Proficient in installing, upgrading, and configuring software using remote tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and MacOS systems.
  • Hands-on experience in server and network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
  • Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Must be amenable to work onsite in Tayabas, Quezon Province.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php26, Php35,000.00 per month
