About the Role

Join a global financial institution's specialist team supporting Belgian business lending operations. This role is ideal for professionals who are fluent in French and have a strong eye for detail, business acumen, and a passion for process excellence.

You'll be part of a team that handles credit decisions, contract validation, and client requests, working closely with stakeholders in Belgium. This is not a translation role—it's a strategic position where your language skills and analytical mindset will directly impact client satisfaction and operational quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze lending documents including contracts, decision sheets, and client requests.
  • Validate credit applications, revaluations, and release of funds.
  • Communicate directly with Belgian stakeholders via structured emails.
  • Read and interpret documents in French; systems are in French and Dutch.
  • Propose initiatives to optimize the use of the French language within the team.
  • Collaborate with a team of ~60 FTEs in Manila and Belgium.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and risk guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and French.
  • At least B1–B2 level French proficiency; certification preferred.
  • Experience in banking, back-office operations, or document analysis preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong French skills are welcome to apply.
  • Dutch language skills are a plus but not required.
  • Willing to work onsite for the first 3 months.
