Key Responsibilities (Core Functions):- Audit & Compliance Management – Conduct internal audits, ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Risk Assessment & Control Evaluation – Identify risks, evaluate internal controls, and recommend improvements to strengthen operational efficiency.
- Reporting & Recommendations – Prepare comprehensive audit reports, communicate findings, and work with management to implement corrective actions.
- Strong knowledge of internal audit practices, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills for presenting findings and influencing management decisions.
- High degree of confidentiality, objectivity, and attention to detail.
- Integrity & Independence – Ensuring unbiased audit results and ethical practices.
- Accountability – Delivering accurate, timely, and actionable audit findings.
- Continuous Improvement – Driving operational excellence through constructive audit insights.
- Timely completion of internal audits based on the approved annual audit plan.
- Identification and reporting of risks, compliance gaps, and control weaknesses.
- Implementation and monitoring of corrective actions and recommendations.
- Contribution to the strengthening of internal control systems and business processes.
- 100% completion of planned audits within the scheduled timeframe.

- Reduction in audit findings across repeated audits.
- Accuracy rate of audit reports (minimal errors, fact-based conclusions).
- Management satisfaction rating on audit value and recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA is an advantage).
- At least 3–5 years of significant experience in internal audit or related roles.
- Solid understanding of auditing standards, accounting principles, and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in audit tools, reporting, and risk assessment methodologies.
