Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: Php

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours

Schedule: Flexible within Thursday to Sunday

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are on hourly rates, which depend on performance in the application process.


Responsibilities
  • Edit and create video content for Instagram posts using existing images and available assets
  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies focused on follower acquisition and engagement improvement
  • Create video content when source material isn't readily available
  • Manage posting schedules and content planning for the Instagram account
  • Cross-post content to Facebook as needed
  • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize performance
  • Execute strategic initiatives to support account monetization efforts

Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management, specifically Instagram
  • Strong video editing and content creation skills
  • Experience with Instagram growth strategies and engagement optimization
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry social media trends (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects autonomously
  • Proficiency with social media management tools and video editing software
  • Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics

Scope
  • 20 hours per week (flexible schedule within Thursday–Sunday)
  • Primary focus on Instagram, with occasional Facebook cross-posting
  • Manage an established account with 15,000+ followers in the food and beverage niche
  • Flexible working hours with potential cross-time zone collaboration
  • Direct work with a marketing agency team focused on growth and monetization goals
  • Performance measured by engagement growth and follower acquisition metrics
