About the Role

The Full Stack Developer plays a key role in enhancing and maintaining EduQuest's Learning Management System (LMS) and School Management System (SMS). You will work on both the front-end and back-end components of our platforms to ensure a smooth, efficient, and user-friendly experience for teachers, students, and administrators. This role requires strong collaboration with Product, Content, and IT teams in building features, resolving issues, improving performance, and supporting ongoing system development.

Key Responsibilities
1. LMS / SMS Customization & Feature Implementation
  • Modify and enhance LMS modules based on school requirements.
  • Develop new functionality, improve navigation, and update role-based access and user management.
2. Front-End Development
  • Implement UI/UX layouts and design updates.
  • Ensure responsive design across all devices and browsers.
  • Improve user experience based on feedback.
3. Back-End Development
  • Assist in server-side development using PHP, Python, or
  • Work with SQL databases for queries, structure updates, and integrations.
  • Support API integration and system logic improvements.
4. Testing, Debugging & QA
  • Conduct testing across devices and browsers.
  • Debug and resolve front-end and back-end issues.
5. Collaboration & Documentation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams: Content, IT, Product Development.
  • Document all modifications and updates for future reference.
  • Use Git for version control.
6. System Performance Optimization
  • Improve load speeds, responsiveness, and overall LMS performance.
  • Apply optimization practices such as code cleanup and asset compression.
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience

2–5 years of hands-on experience developing or customizing Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Experience building web-based systems or working in EdTech is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills
  • Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with responsive design (Flexbox, Grid).
  • Basic to intermediate back-end knowledge , PHP, or Python).
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and API integration.
  • Exposure to frameworks such as React, , or
  • Git version control experience.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting ability.
  • Awareness of web performance optimization best practices.
