Job Overview:

We're seeking dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to handle inbound and outbound calls. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions or concerns

  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or sales as needed

  • Provide accurate and complete information using the right tools and resources

  • Document all customer interactions in the system

  • Handle complaints, provide solutions, and escalate unresolved issues when necessary

  • Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (College degree is a plus)

  • Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities

  • Comfortable using computers and call center software

Salary:

Annual Salary in Pesos (Php)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions in the system, maintaining up-to-date records of customer information and issues.
  • Follow-up on customer inquiries and complaints to ensure timely resolution and follow through on outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service best practices.
  • Contribute to the achievement of team and individual targets as set by management.
Essential Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficient in using computers and handling various software applications.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Desired Experience:
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in handling customer complaints and conflict resolution will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and telephony software is a plus.
