We're seeking dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to handle inbound and outbound calls. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions or concerns
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or sales as needed
Provide accurate and complete information using the right tools and resources
Document all customer interactions in the system
Handle complaints, provide solutions, and escalate unresolved issues when necessary
Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates
High school diploma or equivalent (College degree is a plus)
Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using computers and call center software

Job Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions in the system, maintaining up-to-date records of customer information and issues.
- Follow-up on customer inquiries and complaints to ensure timely resolution and follow through on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service best practices.
- Contribute to the achievement of team and individual targets as set by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in using computers and handling various software applications.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in handling customer complaints and conflict resolution will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and telephony software is a plus.
