Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the TikTok brand account growth, including content creation, product promotion, brand communication and community engagement etc.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos that highlight our products, lifestyle, and brand story.
  • Work closely with the E-commerce team to support TikTok Shop campaigns, product launches, and live promotions.
  • Identify trends, viral formats, and creative opportunities to boost visibility.
  • Manage day-to-day content and posting schedules across TikTok, IG, and Facebook.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience handling a TikTok brand account or growing a creator profile.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok + e-commerce integration (TikTok Shop experience a plus).
  • Skilled in short-form storytelling, basic video shooting, and editing tools.
  • Creative, witty, and passionate about turning trends into brand impact.
  • Familiar with IG and Facebook content best practices.
  • Energetic, hands-on, and ready to grow in a startup environment.
