We are looking for a skilled
Citrix Administrator
with at least
2 years of hands-on experience
in managing and supporting
Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop
environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a stable, high-performing virtual desktop/application infrastructure while ensuring seamless delivery to end users.


Contract Duration:
1 year (extendable)

100% Onsite (UP TechnoHub, QC)

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, manage, and support
    Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop
    environments.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime, availability, and reliability.
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching of Citrix components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix sessions, applications, and virtual desktops.
  • Manage user access, profiles, and policies across the Citrix platform.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to ensure system integrity and compliance.
  • Support implementations, upgrades, and enhancements to Citrix systems.
  • Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience
    administering
    Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop
    .
  • Strong understanding of Citrix architecture, including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, and Citrix Studio.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
  • Solid troubleshooting skills for application delivery and VDI environments.
  • Familiarity with Citrix policies, profiles, and application publishing.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
