Inventory Management

  • Implement and maintain a comprehensive IT asset management system to track hardware, software, peripherals, and other equipment.
  • Perform regular inventory audits to ensure alignment between physical assets and system records.
  • Establish and enforce procedures for asset tagging, receiving, deployment, and disposal.

Technical Support

  • Provide first-level support by troubleshooting common issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Follow defined protocols to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Perform routine tasks such as password resets, basic configuration setups, and system checks.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Jabber and Citrix applications.
  • Skilled in using and resolving issues within Office 365 applications.

Customer Service

  • Deliver excellent customer support through various channels: phone, email, or in-person.
  • Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Log user interactions and track issue resolutions accurately.

Knowledge Base & Procedures

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's IT infrastructure and SOPs.
  • Use the knowledge base to research and respond to user queries.
  • Actively contribute to updating and enhancing the knowledge base content.

Escalation

  • Identify and escalate issues requiring higher-level expertise to Level 2 support or the appropriate team.
  • Ensure clear documentation of the issue and troubleshooting steps taken prior to escalation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support or asset management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
