ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist/Data Analystto be part of our team.

  • The E-Commerce Specialist / Data Analyst supports online sales operations by managing product data, optimizing listings, and driving performance through data-driven insights. This role bridges marketing, operations, and IT to ensure accurate product content, efficient order times, and informed decision-making based on analytics.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and update product listings, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Walmart).
  • Address buyer messages, respond to customer questions, and process parts or replacement requests promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews to maintain a positive brand presence and engagement across all marketplaces.
  • Analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotions, new product launches, and fulfillment strategy, etc.
  • Audit data for accuracy and consistency across systems (ERP, Shopify, NetSuite, etc.).

REQURIEMENTS

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Intermediate to Semi-Advanced MS Excel skills (report creation, data analysis, and data presentation) are preferred.
  • Willing and able to work on a night shift schedule.
  • Experience working in a U.S. e-commerce environment is an advantage but not required.
  • Client will provide proper training for U.S. e-commerce or other specialized areas as needed.
  • Willing to work at 6F Rockwell Business Center Tower 1, Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City.
