Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of leasing operations, including credit assessment (and its tools), booking process, and leasing agreements.
  • Develop and implement policies, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to establish and enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct risk management activities to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with leasing operations activities.
  • Monitor and manage leasing portfolio transactions to ensure timely execution and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the credit committee, Assets & Liabilities Committee, and top management as required.
  • Facilitate Credit Committee proposals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in leasing operations management, with a minimum of 10 years in a similar role or in banking.
  • Strong understanding of credit assessment processes and leasing agreements
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing policies, guidelines, and SOPs.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
