Candidate must be able to function as Maintenance Personnel. He must be able to do the following tasks:

· Maintain the office facility clean.

· Able to function as a runner.

· Bank deposits and updating of the passbook.

· Document processing (e.g. notarize a document through a nearby notary public)

· Able to buy food for the office staff and lecturers. (Nearby restaurants only)

· Scout for office necessities (e.g. services, groceries, supplies, hardware, technology from surrounding shops or from shoppee)

· With scouting ability, the candidate must be able to use google map.

· Can do research or google.

· Can come to work early at 6:00 AM or earlier.

· Willing to be trained in other office functions.

· Capable of operating speakers, projectors, and laptop.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
