Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the recruitment ramp-up plan for VMAs, focusing on high-volume hiring within tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with HR, internal recruiters, and external sourcing partners to expand candidate pipelines.
  • Establish partnerships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and other sourcing channels to increase reach.
  • Monitor and track recruitment metrics (hires per month, time-to-hire, candidate quality).
  • Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure candidate quality standards are maintained while meeting aggressive hiring targets.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership on progress, challenges, and adjustments needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, talent acquisition, or recruitment project management (BPO, healthcare staffing, or outsourcing experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and external partners.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to drive performance.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
