We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our small but ambitious sales team and drive significant revenue growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an emerging sales leader to take on a managerial role and make a direct impact.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Less than 3 years of professional experience in a sales or customer-facing role. This may include internships, part-time work, or a limited period of full-time employment.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets.
  • Prior experience in a leadership, supervisory, or mentorship role is a strong plus, but not required.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A high level of self-motivation, initiative, and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Residing near Countryside Bypass Road, Maa, Davao City is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of sales associates. Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and team meetings.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics and activity (e.g., pipeline, conversion rates, call volume) to ensure team performance meets goals.
  • Oversee the effective use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to manage the sales pipeline and track customer interactions.
  • Actively participate in the sales process, including prospecting, presenting, and closing key accounts or complex deals.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for senior management, providing insights and forecasting future sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
