Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, organize, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and consultations with managers.
  • Design instructional materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, presentations, and workshops.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions using effective adult learning techniques.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain training records, track employee progress, and generate reports for management.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with company goals and compliance requirements.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in learning and development, instructional design, and training technologies.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field

Experience:

  • 1 year of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or instructional design.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Cornerstone).
  • Experience in performance evaluation and metrics tracking.

  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate adult learners.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations and industry-specific training requirements.

Job Type: Full-time
