  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them to the appropriate personnel

  • Support daily administrative functions, including appointment scheduling, document preparation, and record filing
  • Provide general administrative and operational assistance to the office and management team

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of six (6) months experience as a Receptionist or in a related customer-facing role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable attitude
  • Proven ability to organize tasks, multitask effectively, and handle shifting priorities
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant office applications
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining a polished and welcoming workplace
