Responsibilities:

  • Plans and manages the company's financial resources
  • Monitors and controls cash inflow and outflow
  • Oversees the preparation of periodic financial reports
  • Prepares and analyzes timely sales reports
  • Develops and analyzes budgets and forecasts, including templates
  • Resolves bank reconciling items
  • Ensures check vouchers and disbursements are processed within 3 working days upon APV receipt
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by the VP – Finance

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy (required)
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), preferred
  • Strong financial management and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Able to perform effectively under pressure
  • Proficient in financial reporting and reconciliation processes
