Overview
Business Method

  • Develops and executes various Business Development initiatives for Nutrition Clubs: Nutrition Club mapping, Nutrition Club promotions, NC Operators Profiles, communications targeting Nutrition Club, Weight Loss Challenge, and other Daily Method of Operators, such as but not limited to, Exact Target E-Bulletins, SMS to NC Operators, Nutrition Club corner in the Herbalife Hub
  • Prepares and submit various reports on Nutrition Club productivity to regional and local management.
  • Develops literatures and promotional materials to support Nutrition Clubs and other Daily Method of Operations
  • Conducts regular Nutrition Club visits nationwide.
  • Develops, maintains, and updates the Nutrition Club website and the provide the materials for the Daily Method of Operation section in the website and Herbalife Hub
  • Effectively communicate with members, particularly with Nutrition Club Operators scaling from a person-to-person to a large group of people.
  • Develops and executes education and training modules and generate accurate data based from credible sources
  • Coordinates the approval of training modules to regional office (Sales and Business Development, Distributor Business Practice and Compliance and Legal office)
  • Liaise with Corporate Communications department to support Casa Herbalife initiatives of Nutrition Club Operators and develop more activities to get more support for Casa Herbalife from Nutrition Club Operators.
  • Coordinates and execute the Nutrition Club Academy.
  • Attend and document Nutrition Club Committee meetings and Nutrition Club Operators meetings as needed.
  • Coordinate with National Sales Manager and Regional Sales Managers for speakers for the Nutrition Club Academy and Nutrition Club trainings
  • Coordinate with MPC the updated Nutrition Club Rules and Guidelines and dissemination of the rules and guidelines to Nutrition Club Operators

Sales Communications

  • Effectively disseminates pertinent information regarding local and international events and promotions, with the goal to achieve and exceed the target number of attendees by initiating relevant and timely communication.
  • Work with Sales Analyst in determining the required reports from Herbalife Business Intelligence on the historical data for promo and event qualification, qualifiers and sub-promo & event qualifications.
  • Update email membership of Distributors in Exact Target.
  • Develop and regularly send effective communications via Exact Target through stand-alone emails, targeted emails and Weekly Supplements.
  • Coordinate and support initiatives by other departments through dissemination of information through communication channels such as Sms, emails, calls or social media.
  • Update and maintain the recognition flyers for Distributors moving up the Marketing Plan and various promotions and events qualifications.
  • Liaise with APAC Sales and Business Development team, National Strategy and Planning Committee for identifying speakers appropriate for events, speakers' requirements and presentations, act as PowerPoint Manager during events.
  • Supports national and local events (Super HOM, Spectaculars, Dream Team Retreat, Leadership Weekend, Mega HOM, STS and other corporate-initiated events.
  • Handle recognition segment in Herbalife Hub.

  • Support Marketing In terms of collaterals, coordination, communication, product launches and other marketing events and activities to support sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years marketing & sales experience in a customer service related industry
  • Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.
  • Ability to organize workload for effective implementation.
  • Strong customer and results orientation
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity.
  • Ability to function as an effective team member.
  • Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.

EDUCATION

A graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
