Job Title: Skilled Worker (Carpentry, Masonry, and Plumbing)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Skilled Worker with expertise in carpentry, masonry, and plumbing. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out construction and repair tasks, ensuring that work is completed to high-quality and safety standards. The role requires hands-on experience in at least two of the three trades, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Location: TORRE LORENZO LOYOLA, 91 Rosa Alvero, Quezon City, Metro Manila

Key Responsibilities:

Carpentry:

  • Measure, cut, and assemble wood or other materials for frameworks, partitions, and furniture
  • Install doors, windows, cabinets, and other wooden structures
  • Read and interpret drawings or blueprints

Masonry:

  • Mix mortar and lay bricks, blocks, and stones
  • Repair or replace damaged masonry structures
  • Apply finishing techniques such as plastering or concrete smoothing

Plumbing:

  • Install and repair piping systems, water lines, and drainage systems
  • Troubleshoot leaks, blockages, or plumbing malfunctions
  • Install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and faucets

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or TESDA NC II/III certification in Carpentry, Masonry, or Plumbing is preferred
  • TESDA NC II/III certification in Carpentry, Masonry, or Plumbing is required for this position
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in at least two of the three trades
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety practices
  • Ability to read and understand technical plans
  • Physical fitness and stamina to handle manual labor
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy; knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other related programs
