What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities) High-Volume Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a large pipeline of gig workers. This includes leveraging social media (Facebook Groups, Telegram, TikTok), online job portals, community forums, digital marketing campaigns, and grassroots efforts. End-to-End Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact and application screening to successful onboarding. This is a fast-paced environment where speed and efficiency are key. Candidate Screening & Vetting: Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates meet the basic requirements for various roles (e.g., food hygiene certification for F&B, valid driver's license for logistics). Onboarding & Activation: Guide new workers through our digital onboarding process, ensuring they complete all necessary steps, submit required documents, and are fully activated on our platform. Community Building: Act as the first point of contact for new applicants, fostering a positive and welcoming experience to build a strong and engaged community of gig workers. Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., applicants per source, time-to-onboard, activation rate) to identify top-performing channels and optimize your strategies. Collaborate with Operations: Work closely with the Operations team to understand real-time workforce demand, anticipate future needs, and proactively build the talent supply. What We Are Looking For (Qualifications & Skills) Required: 1-3 years of experience in a recruitment role, with a strong preference for high-volume, fast-paced environments (e.g., BPO, staffing agencies, large-scale retail). Proven experience using a variety of sourcing channels, especially digital and social media platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Tech-savvy and comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and mobile applications. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a large pipeline of candidates simultaneously. A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for hitting targets. Preferred (Nice-to-Have): Direct experience recruiting for the gig economy (e.g., for ride-sharing, food delivery, or on-demand staffing platforms). Familiarity with the F&B, logistics, or events industries. Experience with grassroots marketing or community-building initiatives. Fluency in local languages or dialects is a strong plus.
