Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in café or F&B operations, with exposure to branch openings or project-based work.
- Strong project management and coordination skills; able to handle multiple timelines and stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and people management experience; able to coach and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of F&B operations, quality control, and store readiness standards.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel and be on-site during branch openings.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Employee Management
- Schedule, assign, and supervise staff to meet daily operational requirements.
Train, coach, and evaluate employee performance; provide corrective action when necessary.
Store Environment & Security
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace standards.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.
Inventory & Stock Control
- Oversee inventory levels, timely requisition and liquidation of cash advance, and ensure consistent availability of supplies.
- Ensure the timely delivery and restocking of basic needs such as coffee beans, milk, cups, pastries and other essential supplies.
Make informed inventory control decisions to minimize waste and optimize stock management.
Customer Relations
- Build rapport with customers to identify and respond to their needs.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards; promptly address complaints and feedback.
Plan and execute special promotions, displays, and events to enhance customer engagement.
Operational & Strategic Planning
- Oversee the smooth flow of daily store operations and ensure daily target are met.
- Develop menus, optimize resource use, and implement efficiency measures.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer initiatives, and competitor activities.
Drive business improvements through initiatives such as adjusting operating hours or testing new product variants.
Financial & Budget Management
- Prepare and monitor budgets, control expenses, and implement corrective actions for variances.
- Manage controllable costs to maintain profitable operations.
- Prepare and review sales and campaign reports.
- Analyze sales performance, forecast future sales, and interpret market trends for effective planning.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Provide regular updates to project managers on store performance, campaigns, initiatives, and other critical operational matters.

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
