Shift Supervisor

We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts and ensure a smooth, high quality dining experience for every guest.

Your Role:

• Supervise restaurant staff during shift to maintain efficient and friendly service.
• Support the Restaurant Store Manager in ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
• Oversee food preparation, cleanliness, and safety compliance throughout the restaurant.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team for restocking as needed.
• Ensure shift reports, cash handling and closing duties are completed accurately.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Shift Supervisor, Team Leader or similar role in the F&B industry.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food handling and safety protocols.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be amenable to work in Lucky Chinatown.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
