Restaurant Manager Full Time Opportunity

An extremely rare opportunity for a new Restaurant Manager has now become vacant. This is a critical role in being the face of this new and exciting venue as you will be responsible for running end to end operations as well as driving new business initiatives.

To thrive in this role, you will have extensive premium venue experience as a hands-on leader who has the ability to influence a positive workplace culture, outstanding business acumen, exceptional customer focus and the ability to create unforgettable dining experiences

  • Overseeing recruitment and training of staff Has a proven track record on nurturing a large team while upskilling their knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional customer service consistently
  • Is adaptable in high pressure situations and open to change if the business requires
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and mentor a large team Up to date with the latest industry trends and the ability to drive new initiatives and Ideas
  • Overlooking restaurant compliance practices, stock management & rostering Uniform Allowance

REQUIREMENTS

· At least 2 years working experience in Fine Dining restaurant.

· Fine dining / bistro style / high end restaurant experience

· Basic wine knowledge required

· Degree in hospitality management, business, or office administration

· At least 2 years of experience working as manager in the hospitality industry

· Knowledge of Western and Asian cuisine (Thai, Korean, Chinese, Japanese)

· Exceptional knowledge of standard hospitality practices and procedures.

· Excellent managerial skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with staff members.

· The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

· Solid knowledge of customer service and the ability to resolve conflict in a calm and professional manner.

· Excellent organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

· Able to create marketing plans

· Provide daily sales reports

· Proficient in English written and spoken

· Computer literate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
