RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, convert opportunities to actual sales;
  • Initiate cold calls and email, and convert to potential clients/customers;
  • Prepare quotation for customers;
  • Processing sales invoices for the assigned customer orders;
  • Meet sales targets designated by department head;
  • Attending and managing book selection for handled accounts;
  • Attending and managing book fairs (managing specific book fairs);
  • Coordination with different departments for book fair requirements in terms of resources and manpower;
  • Preparing book fair budget for approval of Sales Manager;
  • Follow up with collections and collaborate with the messenger to facilitate collections

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With at least 1 year of work experience;
  • Experience in selling books (preferred);
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments;
  • Basic Math Skills for budgeting, quotations, computations, etc.;
  • Must be confident in communicating and establishing good rapport;
  • Excellent knowledge of the area or territory you are interested in working within;
  • Technology competent and must be adept in MS and Google Applications;
  • Must be fluent in English and Tagalog verbal and written communication
  • With valid driving license with driving experience (for both manual and automatic car);
  • Willing to be assigned in BGC Taguig
