The BPO Sales Associate will work closely with our Chief Sales Officer, North America and will be responsible for identifying and engaging targeted new major clients in the United States for outsourced business processes. The role involves doing research, learning how to active listen, understanding business needs and engaging clients in the U.S. under the direction and guidance of the CSO. The BPO Sales Associate will be taught specific skills which are designed to achieve success.

Requirements

  • With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields (preferred but not required)
  • Must have 2 years experience working in a BPO company servicing clients from North America
  • Must have a proactive and growth-oriented mindset
  • Must be inquisitive and adaptable
  • Must be personable
  • Must be an active listener
  • Must be available to work on graveyard shift (US Central Time (CT), Monday through Friday).
  • Should possess a positive attitude
  • Must understand the importance of delivering great customer service
  • Must have a strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Must be proficient in basic computer applications
  • Must demonstrate independent thinking and not dependent on AI tools

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with and under direction of the Chief Sales Officer, North America

  • Research and Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential clients through research, cold calling and networking

  • Use CRM tools to track and manage leads

  • Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn and other networking tools

  • Client Engagement:

  • A team player who will participate in sales presentations and zoom meetings conducted by the CSO

  • Understand client pain points and business requirements
  • Learn how to propose customized outsourcing solutions
  • Learn industry trends and the latest market demands in the BPO sector
