About the role

Triton Constructions Development Corporation is seeking a talented Surveyor to join our dynamic team. As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects in Ortigas, Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects within the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting detailed on-site surveys to measure and map the physical characteristics of land, buildings, and other structures
  • Analysing survey data to produce accurate plans, maps, and drawings that inform the construction process
  • Collaborating with the project team to ensure survey information is integrated into the overall design and planning
  • Monitoring and verifying the accuracy of construction work against the approved plans and specifications
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all survey activities and findings
  • Providing technical advice and support to the construction team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry
  • Proficient in using surveying equipment and software, such as total stations, GPS, and CAD applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret survey data and identify potential issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the project team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of relevant construction regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices
