What You'll Do:

As an Accountant, you will play a vital role in managing and improving our financial operations, helping the company grow and succeed. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and reconciling accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Preparing detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Handling weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Collaborating on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis with the finance team.
  • Assisting with tax preparation and compliance to meet regulatory standards.
  • Implementing and maintaining robust internal controls to safeguard financial data.
  • Monitoring and reconciling bank statements.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously improving accounting processes.
  • Auditing financial transactions and documents, ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Reporting on the company's financial health and liquidity.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a driven and skilled professional with the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including GAAP.
