About the Role

We're looking for an IT Infrastructure & Security Manager who will serve as the primary owner of all technology operations across GBSS. This role ensures secure, stable, and scalable IT services across onsite, hybrid, and WFH environments while overseeing Infrastructure, Helpdesk, Application Support, and IT Asset Management.

This is both a leadership role and a hands-on technical position—you'll directly manage advanced infrastructure, cloud, and security operations, act as the highest escalation point for issues, and ensure GBSS meets all audit, monitoring, and compliance requirements. You'll also support the Helpdesk during incidents and drive long-term technology strategy across all GBSS clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage Azure Infrastructure and core on-prem systems (Windows/Linux servers, networking, telephony, VPN, RDS, storage).
  • Lead infrastructure modernization, resilience, and performance improvements.
  • Oversee network environments across multiple clients, ensuring full compliance with technical and security standards.
  • Drive IT security and governance aligned with ISO 27001, PCI, and SOC II Type 2 frameworks.
  • Lead patch management, EDR oversight, security incident escalation, and penetration testing engagement.
  • Manage logging, monitoring, Syslog servers, and audit/reporting requirements.
  • Lead the Helpdesk team, ensuring SLA compliance and excellent service delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership for in-house systems (GEARS, HR platforms, internal apps).
  • Act as the primary technical contact for clients and vendors.
  • Oversee procurement, licensing, capacity planning, and IT asset lifecycle management.
  • Develop SOPs, documentation, knowledge bases, and cross-training within the technical team.

About You

  • 5+ years in IT Infrastructure leadership or operations management.
  • Strong experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS.
  • Solid background in ISO 27001, PCI, SOC II Type 2, and IT security governance.
  • Strong understanding of L2/L3 networking, firewalls, routing, switching, VPNs, and segmentation.
  • Skilled in Windows Server, Linux, AD DS, M365, Intune/Endpoint Manager, virtualization platforms.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Asset & Config).
  • Experience in BPO or MSP environments is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communicator with experience handling executives and international clients.
