We're looking for a strategic and client-focused Accounts Manager to lead relationships, oversee projects, and drive business growth. This is a leadership role within our Accounts team—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and can balance big-picture strategy with flawless execution.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Client Relationships
     – Act as the main point of contact for key clients, build long-term partnerships, and provide strategic recommendations tailored to their goals.
  • Drive Projects to Success
     – Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with objectives.
  • Grow the Business
     – Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, lead pitches and proposals, and contribute to meeting department targets and quotas.
  • Guide the Team
     – Mentor junior account team members, foster collaboration, and align internal teams toward operational excellence.
  • Represent the Agency
     – Be present at client meetings, pitches, shoots, and industry events while staying ahead of marketing and creative trends.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, business development, or client servicing (preferably in a marketing or advertising agency).
  • Proven track record in meeting business development targets and managing multiple client accounts.
  • Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
