Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with unpacking, packing, wardrobe management, and in-room dining.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and Food & Beverage to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Arrange personalized experiences such as dining reservations, transportation, and special requests.
  • Uphold the highest standards of etiquette, grooming, and guest confidentiality.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with diplomacy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest preferences to ensure repeat visits are personalized.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or similar high-end service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Immaculate grooming standards and strong knowledge of service etiquette.
  • Knowledge of formal dining etiquette and wine service.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
